Minimums vary by supplier. Each supplier sets two thresholds: a per-product MOQ (minimum units per item) and a supplier-level order minimum. You must meet both. Our cart checks these automatically (even when you mix brands) and shows what’s missing. Adjust quantities or items to qualify; if needed, contact us and we’ll help optimize your basket.
Yes, by default you're going to pay a “10% deposit” at checkout to reserve items and start processing. After payment, we're going to reach you asap or you can contact us (Mon–Fri, CET business hours) via email info@viamadeinitaly.com to confirm customizations, lead times, and the exact shipping cost. We’ll send an updated order summary and a secure link/invoice to pay the remaining 90% when your order is shipped or ready to be shipped.
We ship worldwide, and shipping is calculated directly at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart (weight/volume, packaging, and supplier fulfillment).
